This evening Loch Avie hosted its first party since Eva Belambi became Duchess. As expected with her Grace's interest in the more Celtic aspects of things, Beltaine dance was wonderful. Thankfully as I am recuperating within the Duchy I was able to slip away for the evening from the confines of my bed.
Earlier there had been an investiture with the knighting of ZenMondo Wormser, Telemachus Dean and Adso Krogstad into the court of Loch Avie, but sadly I wasn't able to make it in time.
Dancers arrayed.

As the night wore on and things were going smoothly I decided to go ahead with something I had been contemplating for a while now. I'd been asking round about questions, trying to work out the answers but decided I would do it: I would ask The Question.
Thankfully Her Grace of Carntaigh who was providing the music offered to bring me on air via Skype (well actually told me in no uncertain terms that's what was happening, but I digress). I proposed, on air, and to my delight, allowing for the lag, Miss Christine McAllister agreed to be my betrothed.
On bended knee
We shall set a date as soon as we can, though it will be after I am fully healed.

Sir
I am writing because of your post at Natalia's blog. Even though your beloved's jewelry items may be no mod, have her try saying in open chat "bling off" (without the quotes). I've found that it will turn off the offending flash bulbs.
Congratulations on your engagement.
Miss Allandale

I am truly the happiest and most blessed woman in all of SL, my dearest love. Thank you! *blows a myriad of kisses*
