Air Krakens in Lovelace

I received a report that Air Kraken in Lovelace again. This time they were susceptible to a few rounds.


For something with no wings they're fast buggers let me tell you!

Eventually I came to the conclusion that rusty though my dogfighting skills might be I was not such a poor shot as to be unable to hit something when it was practically on the front of the plane!

A change of tactic


A change of craft to the Air Kyak and armed with Lady Ordinal's Engine Rifle ensured that flying squiddies were able to be taken out!

Next time I'll have to try and salvage something for the trophy room. Maybe a beak.

When Air Kraken attack!

Yes this could be one of those sordid Reality Kinoscopes, but no!

High above Lovelace, lurking in the cloudbank is a colony of Air Kraken just waiting to trap the unwary pilot.

When they attack they spray horrible ink everywhere.


Best way to deal with the buggers is take them on! Sadly even the old Vickers didn't seem to make much of an impact.

Just be careful when flying in the southern climes.

Continental drift seems a rather rapid occurrence in SL. The rising of landmasses that eventually joined the lands of Caledon and Winterfell together to form the Realm of the Roses, have now shifted the Province of Lovelace to the south of Caledon's shores.
