Possibly the most impressive sculpt I have seen in SL. For the most part sculpts are a mystery to me though the Aviatrix of Loch Avie is making them less so. I'm sure if I invested copious quantities of cash in various software applications I could do them with ease, or struggle through with free stuff like Wings for something more labour intensive.
However I don't think I'd ever be able to come up with something as impressive as this no matter how hard I tried.
I recommend visiting it in person. Damned impressive.

I have visited this structure, and I can assure the dubious that it is indeed real! This has to be one of the most remarkable pieces of sculptie work I have ever seen. Imagine the work involved not only in making the shapes, but the texturing...
